I’ve told you guys that at the beginning of this journey, I wasn’t all that educated about beauty products. I have developed favorites over the course of the last few years and I shared what I always keep in my purse with you guys here. In this installment, I’m sharing what is currently on my bedside table. *Disclaimer* this is actually John’s side bedside table, because of lighting and the fact I took this with self-timer, I moved everything over here 🙂
So let’s get to the good part:
Diptyque Rich Body ButterThis stuff is what dreams are made of. The price tag is a little more than I would normally spend, but now that I’ve tried it, I can say that it is worth every penny. I’ve suffered from eczema my whole life and I’m usually allergic to most luxury products, but for some reason this blend which includes argan oil and rose water did me just right.
Darphin Revitalizing Oil This hair, face and body oil that Darphin sent to me is also a new favorite. Because my skin is so sensitive, I haven’t tried it on my face, but I like to rub it on my shoulders at night before bed. Is this weird? IDK, but I love the way that it smells and feels on my skin at night.
Josie Maran 100% Argan OilI shared the Josie Maran products with you guys on here already and after a couple months, I can say that I stand by my original statement. I love the way my face feels when I lather it up with Argan Oil.
Darphin Lumiere Essentielle Instant Purifying + Illuminating Mask
I just tried out this mask before we left for New York last week and it delivered as promised. After 10 minutes my skin did truly feel illuminated instantly!
Urban Outfitters Hanging Planter
So, we completed the first step of getting some indoor plants potted in our room, but have yet to do the actual hanging part yet LOL. I did just order some hangers so hopefully we will get to that this weekend!
When I posted this photo on instagram I got SO many comments about this elephant lamp also. My mom and I found it at a lamp outlet store when we were decorating my first apartment out of college, which was safari themed. I have since mostly moved on from said theme, but couldn’t part with the lamp!!! Here’s some fun safari home decor items for you guys to peruse, as well.
PS. Robe is Let’s Talk Towels. Comment with your email if you’re interested 🙂
