Does this outfit make me look like a Chik Fil A Commercial?
As we were walking through Scott’s Addition, a local favorite spot to take photos, Catherine & Kenzi told me that I “should wear that to get free Chik Fil A.” I started cracking up, because the thought hadn’t crossed my mind, even when realizing I was wearing a cow print set. There’s nothing quite like great friends to tell you the truth!
I’m a sucker for a good set and I just kept coming back to this one when I was browsing ASOS for some new summer looks. I’m usually more of a pants set kinda girl, but again, something about this one I just found so striking! It helps that it was also only $38 for the set. There’s also something about stepping out of my comfort zone with this short skirt that made me feel extra extra and confident when we took these pix. Anyone else feel that way? There’s nothing like surprising yourself by being able to rock something that used to make you uncomfortable. For me, that thing is short skirts.
I am also SUPER into these black sneakers right now. It’s not a secret around here that I have been on a sneaker kick for quite some time, and I am yet again adding to my collection! This Public desire pair is super comfy, under $50 and for some reason making me feel like a total badass. I remember when the sneaker craze was just hitting and Cath got a pair of chunky Jeffrey Campbells and thinking they looked saweeeeet. So, like a year or so later, here we are.
Are y’all still on board with the sneaker trend??
Does this outfit only make you think of Chik Fil A? LMK in the commments 🙂
