My “P” Necklace

This has been around my neck almost every single day since Catherine and I bought them on a whim in Anthropologie a few months ago! Lots of people, mostly friends who I have known for years and years, have asked me what the “P” stands for. Piersol, duh! I guess I’ll always be Rebecca Ott to a lot of people, which is okay too 🙂

Instax Mini Liplay

I received the Instax Mini Liplay as part of a really fun campaign last week! We used the Instax instant camera at my wedding and on various other occasions, and I love having the pictures as tokens to remember the best times.  What I love about the new mini Liplay is that it has Bluetooth capabilities and you can print photos directly from  your camera roll.  I am a part of their #Give10 Campaign that encourages you to take & print photos and give them out.  I printed a bunch of my favorite pictures of my favorite people and am going to send them as little care packages throughout the year.  A little bit of love can go a long way!

Geometric Print Belted Shirt Dress

You guys loved this dress when I wore it with jean shorts & the mock turtleneck in my IGTV video last week! I was so excited to wear it at the Homestead, but I opted for biker shorts instead of the jean shorts because of comfort, and I’m also a stickler for the dress code 🙂  I love wearing this type of shirt dress buttoned & unbuttoned, particularly during transitional periods! Wearing Pajamas in Public

This isn’t the first time that I have been known to wear pajamas in public.  I also have the longsleeve / long pants version of this PJ set, both from Nordstrom, and a few winters ago it was my go-to top! I had to get the shortie version of the set this year during the Nordstrom sale, because it is just so dang soft!!! Highly recommend, if you are a pajama lover like me! I wore it to my first Oriole’s Game at Camden Yards a few weeks ago and Johnny asked me a few times if that was what I was going to wear in public. hehehe, doesn’t he know by now?

Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate

My mom gave me this book to read earlier in the summer, and I was a little skeptical about it from the description. However, I was WAY wrong! I read this one during our vacation in Miami in 2 or 3 days.  It was a little slow going at first, but after a few chapters I was hooked.  It is based off of a real-life story of children who were involved in an illegal adoption ring, and how it shapes the lives of a family with five siblings who fall into this dark world.

ASOS Floral Square Neck Top

This was you guys favorite from the previously mentioned IG TV video, hands down!! It is only $40 on ASOS and is perfect for the current season. I paired it with my go-to pair of mom jeans, black sneakers & Rebecca Minkoff Backpack when we went to see Vampire Weekend in Norfolk last weekend.  Do you guys dig this style??

The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair

If you know me, you know that I am truly addicted to TV.  I am always looking for a new series, and when I discovered this show on Amazon Prime, starring Patrick Dempsey, I was so excited.  I was on the edge of my seat the entire time and finished the series in 3 days! I mean, who doesn’t love McDreamy???  Check it out, y’all!

Headbands
