Hair and Skincare Products I Use Weekly

OK GUYS! I asked on IG if you guys wanted all the details on my “products corner” and it was an overwhelming YES.  TBH, most of the time when I do IG polls, only a few people participate, but this time, dozens of you answered. So buckle up, this is going to be an extensive post.

For years, I have told you guys that I am horrible with my skin care, hair and make-up routines. I usually just grab whatever I have from products that have been gifted to me, and sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes I break out, sometimes my skin is soft as a baby.  When the breakouts would happen, it would be hard to narrow down the culprit because my routine was so inconsistent. NOT ANYMORE! Thanks to quarantine I have discovered what products I actually use on a daily and weekly basis, and what products do not work for me anymore.

I just started a full routine with TULA and will have a full post on that once I have been using it for over a week.  Aside from that, I have other favorites that I still use in addition to the new stuff. I also have my tried and true masks, body moisturizers and hair products from NYM. SO, let’s dive in, shall we?

Not your Mother’s – NYM products have been my go-to over over a year now.  They are seriously affordable and reliable. A few faves in the weekly rotation are : All Eyes On Me 10-in-1 Hair Perfector. I use this right out of the shower to detangle! Then I use the Part Time Air Dry Accelerator to help with air dry because I rarely use a hair dryer.  I love the Clean Freak & Plump For Joy Dry Shampoos too! Most of their products are Buy 1, Get one 50% off on Ulta right now! Time to stock up.

Kopari – Kopari makes some of my favorite clean beauty products. Everything is made with 100% pure, organic coconut oil and I have been using them for years.  Notable favorites are: Coconut Melt (all over coconut oil body goodness), CBD Deo, CBD Body Calm Cream (works wonders on sunburn) and CBD Recovery Balm (for those muscle aches).

Liquid IV – Raise your hand if you have trouble staying hydrated!! From exercise recovery, to mornings after one too many glasses of wine, to days when you simply don’t drink enough water : Liquid IV to the rescue.  Their Hydration Multiplier is powered by Cellular Transport Technology and is available in 3 delicious flavors: Lemon-Lime, Passion Fruit and Acai Berry.  Adding a stick to 16oz of cold water is the equivalent of drinking 2-3 bottles of water.  Hydration made quick and easy! Get yours today and use code REBECCAPIERSOL for 25% off.

TULA – As mentioned above, my full TULA routine will get its own blog post after I have been using the products for a little longer.  But, I will say that I am loving them so far.  My TULA routine is : Purifying Face Cleanser > Pro-Glycolic 10% Resurfacing Toner > 24-7 Hydrating Day & Night Cream > Smoothing Primer Gel > Rose Glow Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm. The Eye Balm is seriously divine.  If you want to try these along with me, use code REBECCA15 for 15% off.

diptyque – Ohhh, diptyque how I love thee! You can read all about all of my favorite diptyque products over on The Crystal Press with this inclusive post!  Another game changer was figuring out how to successfully repurpose my empty diptyque containers.  Once wax is too low to burn, boil water and pour in container. Wait a few hours and wax will float to the top and harden. Pop it off, clean the glass and voila!

Dermalogica – Dermalogica products are a little pricier, so I like to make sure they go the distance.  I  use their Superfoliant or Microfoliant every other time in the shower so I don’t over exfoliate and I use the Super Rich Repair at night a few days a week. I think the Super Rich Repair rivals La Mer, for a fraction of the price!  I recently discovered their Charcoal Masque and it has a real way of bringing those impurities to the surface – whew! Highly recommend for a no nonsense skincare experience if you have the budget.

Darphin Paris – I have been gifted a lot of Darphin products over the years and they are truly luxurious!! I have tried to make these products last as long as possible, so it might be cheating to say I use these weekly. I use them more like, every other week.  I absolutely love the Lumiere Essentielle Mask and I have tried a variety of their moisturizers and oils that I like as well.  If I am feeling extra fancy I will treat myself to a little mini facial experience, to feel Parisian, and use the mask, oils & moisturizer all in one day.  Highly recommend if you are looking to treat yourself, especially if you like to incorporate essential oils into your routine.

Other faves: Radiant Labs anti-stress Scrub / Soak  // Creme de La Mer // Tarte Shape Tape

WHEW! That was a lot, I know! Even I am surprised that I knew that much about so many skincare products.  Leave a comment or send me a DM if you have any further questions about my faves.
